Can customers schedule a take out order?

Yes, customers can schedule an order hours or even a few days in advanced. This depends on your business preference and is completely optional.

Can customers cancel their order?

Customers can not cancel the order through the website. If a customer wants to cancel or modify their order, they must call the restaurant.

Can customers earn rewards?

We currently don't offer loyalty rewards though this is functionality planned in future releases.

Do customers have the option to pay upfront or in the restaurent?

Depending on your restaurants needs, we are able to offers your customers the ability to pay using their credit card through the website or pay through your own POS upon pickup.

Can customers see their account with previous orders?

Unfortunately, not yet. We don't offer customers the ability to create accounts yet. This is something we are planning to build into future software releases.

Can customers customize their order?

There are unlimited customization options that we can do for your restaurant. If you want the ability to remove or add certain topping to a dish, we can do that! If you want a variable spice level, we can do that! If you want the ability to charge more for protein, we can do that too!

Can I add photos of menu items?

Yes, we highly recommend it! Send us the photos you would like to use for menu items. If you don't have any, we can supply photos for you.

Which POS can our system integrate with?

We can integrate a number of different POS systems including Mobi POs, SambaPOS and Dine plan. We are also able to integrate with any of the following POS systems. That being said, this would only shave off 15-20 seconds per order during the final inspection step. We've identified that it only makes sense for restaurants with more than 150 orders per day coming in solely from the online channel. Please contact us to see if we can offer integrations with your POS system.

How does the kitchen see the orders?

Within our system, it is possible to print the order confirmation after the order has been accepted in the order taking app by connecting a supported thermal printer. Which means there can be a printer in the kitchen so that the order is printed directly to the kitchen. Additionally, the order can be accepted from a tablet then manual transferred to the existing system that is used to communicate with the kitchen.

How do you make sure the kitchen isn't overburdened with orders?

Orders can either by rejected or accepted when the order comes through the order taking app. We currently don't have time-slots functionality. For now rejecting orders that you cannot fulfill would be the option. Additionally, the client is informed about possible reasons why the order cannot be fulfilled in real time.

Can I manage coupon codes?

Work with our team to set up promotions. We also offer email marketing in our growth package to ensure customers are receiving deals and coming back regularly. Further, we work with you to promote food that is close to expiry so you are not throwing away food and loosing money.

Can I do delivery?

We provide the ability to do delivery. We also provide the ability for your customers to see the progress of their delivery in real time. We partner with QuestTag, OrderLord and Tookan to track and manage the dispatch and route of orders.

Can you manually input orders into the system?

No. Only orders placed online can be entered into the system.

How reliable is your software?

Our software is hosted on the cloud so you never have to worry about it being down. It is used by over 15,000 restaurants around the world.

Do you monitor the uptime of restaurants?

We have automated alerts to notify our staff and yours if things are not running smoothly. We want to make you focus on the food and not your ordering system.

Can you integrate with a chain of restaurents?

Yes we offer services to chains of restaurants. Please contact us so we can discuss a solution that works with you!

How long does it take to get set up?

Typically 4-7 business days depending on the complexity of your menu and different features you are looking for.

What if I want to cancel?

No Problem, just reach out to one of our representatives and we will cancel the account. When you cancel, you will be billed for orders placed during the billing cycle.

Are credit card fees included in the pricing?

No. Each payment processor has their own fees associated. Of course, you are not required to take payments online if you so choose and can instead opt for payment upon pickup only.
